Raw material control
At Tianchang Dafa, recycled polyester fiber quality does not start only at the spinning line. We produce and process our own recycled PET bottle-flake material before it enters fiber production, because flake condition affects spinning stability, whiteness, hand-feel, bulkiness and batch consistency.

Our GRS 4.0 scope certificate covers extrusion (spinning) in-house — proof we produce the fiber, not resell it. From recycled post-consumer PET bottle flake to hollow 3D conjugated staple fiber, under one roof — full traceability.
